Working in collaboration with designer and sugar artist Fernando Laposse , Bethan Laura Wood was leading a workshop that explores the pattern, colour and architectural possibilities of sugar. Creating a stained glass sugar folly, participants will aim to tempt Hansel and Gretel back into the forest!
